Description

Released by Taito in 1988 as an arcade title, this game offers a high-stakes car chase experience reminiscent of a police drama. Players take control of an unmarked patrol car, joining partners Tony and Raymond to hunt down fleeing criminals based on radio instructions from Nancy, ultimately ramming their vehicles to bring them to a halt. The gameplay—a tense fusion of racing and action—is enhanced by the use of turbo boosts and upbeat, synthesized voice lines providing directions and advice. Over the course of five stages, players track down suspects in a title that also carries a piece of retro gaming history: it was developed using the arcade cabinets from Taito’s earlier release, *Full Throttle*.

Story

As a detective in a special police unit, you take the wheel of your sports car to hunt down fleeing criminals. Your mission is to repeatedly ram the suspect's vehicle until it comes to a stop within the time limit. Relying on radio dispatches from your partner, Nancy, you must apprehend a variety of evildoers to keep the city safe.
