The story is set in 1993, in a nation devastated and ruled by the evil dictator Banglar through the use of dark magic. Mark, the leader of the revolutionary army, created two ninja-style cyborgs to put an end to the dictatorship. Players control "NINJA" and "KUNOICHI," facing off against the army to defeat Banglar.
