Toki, a warrior living a peaceful life, has his lover Miho kidnapped by the evil sorcerer Voodoo, who also transforms Toki into an ape. Determined to regain his original form and rescue Miho, Toki embarks on a journey to the sorcerer's Golden Palace while still in his ape form. This is an action game where you fight your way through the monsters that stand in your path, using energy projectiles fired from your mouth as your weapon.
