Q*bert (US set 1)

Released in 1983, this action game was developed by the American company Gottlieb and published in arcades by Konami. Players control the protagonist, Q*bert, using an eight-way joystick, with the goal of changing all the tiles on a pyramid-shaped field to a specific target color. Along the way, collecting magic balls allows the player to freeze enemy characters for a set period. While the game begins at a gentle pace, the higher levels present a formidable challenge, introducing enemies that revert tiles to their original colors and making the game increasingly difficult to master.
