Ping Pong

Released by Konami for arcades in May 1985, Konami's Ping Pong is a sports game that recreates the immersive experience of table tennis. The game features an 11-point match format and is characterized by a control scheme using four distinct buttons, allowing players to perform a variety of shots including drives, smashes, cuts, and backhands. A system at the start of the game also allows players to choose from five different CPU difficulty levels, enabling matches tailored to their skill. Note that some versions of the game were released using a two-direction lever and two buttons.
