The Battle-Road

The Battle-Road is a racing action game released for arcades by Irem in October 1984. Players take on a grueling mission to deliver classified documents to a frontline base, racing through 32 diverse stages including forests, oceans, and cities. The game demands strategic control, utilizing an eight-way joystick for movement and speed adjustment, as well as two distinct shot buttons; one must be particularly careful of hit detection when maneuvering around destroyed enemy vehicles.
