Space King

Released in 1979 by Konami Industry and Leijac, this title follows in the lineage of the historic shooting game that triggered a social phenomenon upon its debut in 1978. Players control a gun base, aiming to annihilate 55 invaders that gradually increase in speed as they descend. Features such as mystery points awarded by UFOs and various techniques that would become legendary sparked a frenzy among the players of that era.
