Super Burger Time

Released by Data East in 1990, this title is the sequel to the 1982 smash-hit action game, BurgerTime. While the original goal of completing hamburgers remains, the gameplay has evolved significantly with the introduction of jumping mechanics and the addition of multi-hit ingredients. The variety of helpful items has also been expanded to include objects like frying pans and roller skates, broadening the range of strategic possibilities. The game consists of five worlds, each containing four stages, with a challenging boss encounter awaiting players at the end of every world.

In this game, Peter Pepper must complete hamburgers by walking over ingredients like buns and patties, causing them to fall and stack onto plates below. Along the way, players must avoid or fend off enemy food characters attempting to interfere with the cooking process by using pepper and various kitchen tools. A boss appears at the end of each world, and players must defeat them to clear the stages.
