Master of Weapon

Released by Taito in May 1989, this game is a classic arcade shooter. Set at the end of the 21st century, the Earth Defense Organization discovers that the planet Xanks is behind a series of mysterious mass disappearances of women. Sending elite pilots Dawson and Bogey into the galaxy aboard the space fighter "Mega Blast," players must skillfully control defensive options to protect their craft while fighting for the future of Earth. This title represents a fusion of the deep science-fiction settings and unique gameplay systems characteristic of Taito during that era.
