Description

Released by Atari in 1980, this arcade game was distributed in Japan by Sega. Players use a trackball to control a crosshair and shoot down incoming missiles to protect six cities. While ammunition is limited, the game’s strategic appeal lies in the concept of "chain reactions," where players can use the blast radius of their own shots to destroy multiple enemies at once. Featuring a unique worldview that stood apart from contemporary Japanese sensibilities, this title remains a distinctive classic of its era.

Story

As a commander, you must defend six cities from the onslaught of the Zarbon army. Your objective is to intercept the rain of missiles and enemy weapons descending from the top of the screen to prevent the total destruction of the cities. Utilizing limited ammunition, you must protect your bases from the approaching devastation.
