Description

Released by Enix in 1987 for the MSX2, *Jesus* is a groundbreaking cinematic adventure game that masterfully blends science fiction and horror. Spanning three 2DD floppy disks, it challenges players to investigate Halley's Comet aboard the *Cosmo Noah*, where they must confront a mysterious extraterrestrial threat. Through its sophisticated command-selection interface and atmosphere-building narrative, the title brought a distinctive, film-like storytelling experience to the home computer. It remains a notable example of the high-ambition adventure games that defined the 8-bit era.

Story

In the year 2061, as Halley's Comet approaches, the space exploration vessel "Cosmo Noah" is dispatched to investigate the comet's interior. During the mission, the crew encounters a mysterious lifeform that plunges the ship into an atmosphere of unknown terror. As a member of the expedition, the player must work alongside their crewmates to solve complex mysteries and struggle for survival against an encroaching alien threat.
