Description
Released in 1990 by SystemSoft, this game is an epic role-playing adventure set in the "Land of Perpetual Youth" from Celtic mythology. Its greatest appeal lies in a revolutionary system that automatically generates terrain and scenarios with every playthrough, offering players an infinite journey. Under the meticulous world-building of game creator Naoshi Takeya, players take on the role of a hero fairy to confront a world being slowly swallowed by darkness. It remains a masterpiece of high historical value that pioneered the potential of randomly generated game design in the history of Japanese computer RPGs.
Story
Tir Na Nog, the paradise of perpetual youth ruled by the Tuatha Dé Danann, has begun to lose its ancient power after the passing of many ages. As creeping shadows of darkness cause nations to succumb to their control, the once-peaceful paradise now stands on the brink of collapse. In response to this crisis, hero fairies—beings who possess the spirit of the light world despite being of the Danann—bravely rise to the task. As one of these hero fairies, you must embark on a grueling adventure to save the countless nations being consumed by evil.
