Three years after unraveling the mysteries of Ys, the intrepid adventurer Adol Christin continues his travels alongside his companion, Dogi. When a wandering shaman attempts to foresee the source of this spreading calamity, her crystal ball shatters at the sight of a dark shadow, leaving behind only the mysterious name "Galbalan."
