Description

Released in 1990 by Fairy Tail for the PC-8801, this title is a bishoujo adventure game based on the manga by Toshio Maeda. Spanning an impressive six floppy disks, the game faithfully adapts its source material’s dark and provocative world, which famously introduced the concept of "tentacles" to global pop culture. Utilizing the full graphical potential of the PC-8801, the game’s striking and eerie visuals left a profound impact on players of the era. It stands today as a significant historical artifact, representing the diversity of creative expression and the pushing of boundaries during the maturation of the Japanese PC gaming industry.

Story

Seeking the "Choshin," a legendary being destined to rule the human, demon, and beast realms, a demon named Amano-Jaku infiltrates the human world. He enrolls at Myojin Academy to investigate a young man named Nagumo and his female classmates, who are suspected of being linked to the Choshin. However, assassins from the beast realm soon arrive to prevent the Choshin's birth, turning the school into a terrifying battleground. As Amano-Jaku faces off against these hostile forces, he gradually uncovers the grim truth behind the arrival of the Choshin.
