Mahou no Izumi

Released in July 1985 by Fuji Onkyo RAM, "Mahou no Izumi" (The Magic Fountain) is a fantasy adventure game that helped define the early days of the PC-8801. The game features a classic heroic narrative, brought to life through the "instant display" graphic technology of the era. Known as an early work by Mr. Shirakawa—who would later create the masterpiece "Saber"—it faithfully follows the staples of 1980s adventure games.
